Hi all he has been on Muzmatch an app in the UK...blurred his profile and wanted to continue chatting on whatsapp..got to the stage he wanted to Skype ...i asked for his name...i knew he was called 'Gill' on his profile. He responded 'Gilbert Baldwin'
After a bit of checking i discovered this page...lol asked him to explain himself...no surprise he has disappeared ...i sent him this page so he knows he is famous...he said he was a US navy officer..a humanitarian and physician...has a 10 yr old daughter and wife died 6 yrs ago.
